Information As To Inducement, Corruption Or Fraudulent Practice
If any official of the public entity is offered any inducement by a bidder or proponent or has the knowledge of the commission of any corrupt or fraudulent practice, he or she shall give information thereof to the chief of such an entity or the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
